After an intensive, cross-functional effort, our automation project has now been successfully commissioned. Countless hours of collaboration, discussions, testing, and fine-tuning have gone into this achievement — and the results clearly demonstrate its impact.
The project has delivered a higher production rate, improved product quality, and a significant reduction in risks related to safety, maintenance, and ergonomics. In addition, the service life of wear parts has been extended.
The scope of the initiative covered a wide range of improvements, including risk analyses, 5S optimizations, and technical modifications. It also introduced clearer instructions, enhanced workplace safety, and more efficient operator-level maintenance processes.
The outcome is a measurable and sustainable increase in productivity. This success highlights what can be achieved when production, engineering, electrical, mechanical, programming, and maintenance teams work together toward a common goal — with a strong focus on people, machines, and results.
A sincere thank you to everyone involved for their dedication and hard work.
