Four months ago, together with Oak Consulting and Per Michael Welander de Ridder, we launched a key initiative to further develop our core values and clarify our leadership roles – creating a strong foundation for sustainable growth and long-term success.
Today, we are continuing this journey. Around 30 of our managers have come together for the first of several sessions this spring to strengthen their leadership capabilities, challenge perspectives, and grow both individually and as a team.
Through open dialogue, reflection, and practical tools, we are shaping the principles and behaviours that will define our leadership and culture moving forward. It is truly inspiring to see the high level of engagement, curiosity, and ownership for our shared development.
