Assembly of modules

Component assembly is a manufacturing process in which individual components or sub-assemblies are joined together to form a functional unit. Mechanical, hydraulic or electrical components are assembled and tested exactly according to specification.

Welding work

Automated welding is used to join steel and aluminum workpieces with maximum precision. Robot and automation systems control processes such as MIG, MAG and TIG fully automatically. All parameters - from amperage to welding speed - are precisely coordinated. This results in consistently clean, resilient weld seams, regardless of the material or quantity.

Engraving & polishing

Engraving involves processing workpieces made of steel, aluminum or other metals with the utmost precision. Specialized engraving tools remove material in a targeted manner to create lettering, markings or technical contours. CNC milling

CNC milling is a modern manufacturing process in which workpieces made of metal, plastic or other materials are precisely machined using rotating cutting tools. Unlike turning, the component remains firmly clamped while the tool moves along several axes, removing material layer by layer.

CNC turning

CNC turning is a machining production process in which rotationally symmetrical components are manufactured from metal. The workpiece rotates on a lathe while a CNC-controlled cutting tool removes material layer by layer. A CNC program controls all movements such as speed, feed and tool paths automatically and with high repeat accuracy.

Device construction

Fixture construction involves the development and manufacture of precise aids that make production processes more efficient, safer and repeatable. Fixtures are used to precisely position and reliably fix workpieces during machining, assembly or welding.

Tactile measurement

Tactile measurement is a precise measuring method in which components are accurately measured using modern coordinate measuring machines and tactile sensors. The measuring tasks are automated and enable fast, repeatable data acquisition.
